David has 19 years in private law practice representing both individual and corporate clients as well as insurance companies in matters involving first-party insurance claims, first-party AOB vendor claims, violation of Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and Florida Attorney General and Florida Department of Motor Vehicle investigations. David began his career representing plaintiffs’ in personal injury, wrongful death and product liability claims and successfully tried two personal injury claims before a jury in Broward and Palm Beach County, Florida. David also represented automobile dealerships defending litigation involving breach of contract, violation of Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and numerous statutory violations. David successfully conducted numerous arbitrations related to said litigation. David was a partner at a state-wide insurance defense firm, where he handled over 500 litigation files defending insurers from commercial and residential property damage claims and AOB vendor claims.
David was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998.
