Mark’s litigation practice focuses on professional liability, litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith. He routinely serves as counsel to insurers and their insureds in coverage, liability, and fraud investigation.
Mark’s prior litigation experience includes mortgage and lien foreclosure experience on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. He also has handled a broad range of civil litigation matters from pre-suit mediation though motion practice and appeals. His prior experience also includes drafting and enforcing homeowners association governing documents, and title curative work.
Mark was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007. He is also listed in Super Lawyers as a “top rated insurance coverage attorney” and a rising star.

Personal and background information
Mark originally hails from beautiful Taos, New Mexico, and he still frequently visits his hometown for the fresh air and scenery. Mark was born there in 1974, and attended Taos High School. More recently Mark called Michigan his home, where he lived on the mouth of the St. Claire River. He worked in Michigan as a an industrial manufacturing engineer for a multi-billion dollar Tier-1 auto parts supplier serving all major auto manufacturers. He also occasionally pit-crewed an independent rally car team. He is now happily married to Margarita and devotes all his spare time to a rambunctious new baby boy.
