Her career path has built layers of valuable insight. As Assistant General Counsel at UMWA Health and Retirement Funds, she gained deep understanding of how legal strategy impacts business operations. As a Miami firm partner managing immigration matters, she developed expertise in complex regulatory compliance. Her service as an Assistant State Attorney honed courtroom capabilities that now serve her defense practice.

Licensed in Florida, DC, and Wisconsin, Jennifer offers multi-jurisdictional perspective that strengthens her clients’ litigation positions across regions. Her Spanish fluency, particularly valuable in her Puerto Rico hurricane claim work, facilitates direct communication throughout legal proceedings.
